A copy of the report is also sent to the email address used at checkout, when available.

3. No Physical Shipping

No physical products are shipped. ExamMetrics does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no delivery addresses, courier partners, shipping charges, or shipping timelines involved in any purchase.

If your payment was captured but the report was not generated or not delivered due to a technical failure on our side, this is treated as an eligible case under our Refund & Cancellation Policy — email us with your payment reference ID and we'll resolve it.
